Jean Francis and Alessandra Quaglia, both chefs, met in France while brushing shoulders in the kitchen of several hotels. In December 1997 they bravely embarked upon a project called Provence Mediterranean Grill. With it’s cozy neighborhood feel, this Point Grey restaurant enjoys enormous success, with a loyal local following. The restaurant won Gold for Best Bistro in the 2002 Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards.
